Internet Filing - Instructions - Windows 2000/NT

In Internet Explorer, Click on Help and About and note the Cipher strength. If Cipher Strength is less than 128 bit then you will need to download an upgrade for Internet Explorer. The following link will take you to the Microsoft site showing the various download options:

If your Internet Explorer is still on less than 128 bit cipher strength, you may need the Windows 2000 High Encryption. Click on the following link:

Next, Windows Installer is required. Windows installer downloads are available here:

The name of the download is InstMsiW.exe (1.8mb). To start the installation immediately, click on the download and choose Open or Run this program from its current location.


Next, an XML parser is required. There are various Service Packs available from Microsoft at the following link:

The download msxml3sp2Setup.exe (0.6mb) should be sufficient. To start the installation immediately, click on the download and choose Open or Run this program from its current location.
